Ayn Rands philosophy through "Fountainhead" and "Atlas Shrugged" says there are very few people who control

and run this world i.e. strong leaders in world polity,science,defence,arts,economy. Methink the rest of the world

just tags along. This rest of the population needs to be told what work to do, when to do.They need to be

monitored and reprimanded. They need to be cajoled,appreciated.They require constant attention. They hate

work, their boss, deadlines.They are jealous of their employers,achievers. They dont like people taking iniatives

and people who are self driven.
