Kashmir is again polarised. It is making us remember the bad old days of kashmir started because of political destabilization. We could successfully contain and curtail khalistan movement with stick and carrot policy- both deftly handled by the policymakers and the stick being given to K.P.S.Gill.

Kashmir needs lot more- more giving and taking minimal + curtail and contain- policy.
